Three weeks ago Sage went with Wei and Maki to Japan to see Maki's parents. They were back yesterday (4-18-2010) and we gathered to celebrate their safe trip and to mark Li-qing's forthcoming birthday.

三星期前星词跟他爸爸妈妈回日本一趟看望外公外婆，昨天(四月十八日)刚刚回来。我们合家去波特兰一家中餐馆吃饭，一为接风，二为庆祝丽卿生日。

Wei's and Maki's musician friend David composed a song for Sage on the spot.		庄伟和麻纪子的音乐家朋友来看望小星词，并且即席为他作歌。
