Joy of Reunion 团圆在他乡

The road to USA is long and arduous, but it is of our choice and will, and we finally made it, with help from friends, and blessed by God. We were able to get our family together, one by one, year after year. And year after year, our children married, and we now have our first grandson.

在中国时，曾经没有家，没有户口，没有住房。终于，我们都团圆在美国。慢慢地，孩子们立业成家，还给了我们一个孙儿，而且都在同一个城市里。

parting Two years passed before Li-qing was able to join Yannan in the U.S, but she had to leave two adolescent sons behind.		别离我88年10月来美国。走的时候，两个孩子还没这么大。两年后，丽卿终于获准来美。这是上飞机前的合影。

all smiles Our elder son Hong got here just a few days before his 21 birthday when he would not be eligible to join us.		笑嘻嘻迎来儿子笑嘻嘻的丽卿接来了笑嘻嘻的庄宏。这是1992年11月8日。如果再迟几天，就到了他21岁生日，他就不能作为未成年子女入境了。

both sons by my side! Porridge tasted so good with both sons by my side!		两个孩子都在身边了丽卿终于如愿以偿。有了两个孩子在身边，稀饭也是香的。
future daughters-in-laws Then, both sons found their girl friends.		未来的媳妇们慢慢地，未来的媳妇也有了。
Yannan's 82-year-old mom Yannan’s 82-year-old mother finally joined us on 12-26-1999.		燕南的82岁的妈妈 1999年圣诞过后，燕南的82岁的妈妈也来到美国。
