Watery, because
my hometown is surrounded by
ponds, lakes and rivers, because
many of my childhood friends' names are associated with the word
"water", and because my childhood was as plain,
and as free, as water.
This
creek appears small and dirty in 1995, but it was where I could
swim and fish as a child, and there were only paddy rice fields,
no buildings or wire posts.
