This July 4th is also the Barrett's 50 anniversary. Our whole family went to their family celebration at George Fox university campus.  We shared in the  celebration and had a lot of fun.  We witnessed pride in and gratitude at the birth of a great nation, and the  anniversary of a marriage bound with a common faith.

Pictures on the previous page are from the celebration at George Fox university campus.  Pictures on this page, except for the last two, are from the field (St. Paul High School) where we watched slides and fireworks display.  (All pictures are taken with a Canon G2 on a tripod. The last two panoramic pictures on the bottom were stitched together using multiple frames.)

七月四日是美国国庆，也是我们美国友人 Barrett 夫妇的五十年金婚纪念日。他们包了整个大学校园，请了来客数百人，庆祝活动安排三天。。我们虽然只参加部分活动，却也玩得快乐， 并体会了美国体制和文化的活力。
