With Christmas around the corner, lights are showing up everywhere. The picture on the top is Wei's street in Vancouver, WA. His house is the first one on the right. A close-up, frontal picture taken by Wei is included below (1st one on 1st row).

Christmas is a joyful season for family union and celebration. This year, my brother and sister-in-law and their daughter from China will be visiting . We will sure have celebrations and sightseeing.

The little girl on the bottom row is our grand-daughter Misa. She is 13 months old. She cannot yet speak much, but can certainly wobble about--a testament to one of our hometown sayings: a toddler will walk either at 13 months, or at 19 months. She and her little 3-year-old brother are the reason, and delight, of our coming here almost every week.

临近圣诞，欢乐的节日灯饰陆陆续续出来了。题头的照片是我们小儿子家的街道（在华盛顿州温哥华市）。他的家就是右手边第一家。他还拍了一张房子正面的照片，就是下面第一栏第一张。

圣诞节是家庭团聚的欢乐节日。今年，我们将迎来我的弟弟、弟媳和他们的宝贝女儿。这个节日就更加热闹了。

最下面的一张照片是我们的小孙女雨诗。她一岁又一个月，还不怎么能说话，但可以摇摇晃晃走路了-正印证了我们家乡话：会走走节一（不会走走节七）。她和他的三岁的小哥哥是我和丽卿常来小儿子这里的“理由”和乐趣所在。
