This man is weeping because city code enforcement personnel have just broken his tricycle's chain and spokes of the front wheel, apparently because he was selling without license and/or in the wrong place. The characters outside the boxes are "boiled eggs" and "sweet yam".		哭泣的老人城管走后,哭泣的卖红薯老人。这个在街上卖红薯老人的三轮车链条被城管人员剪断，前轮钢丝被城管踩断。城管干完就走了，他靠著墙哭泣。好心的路人纷纷向老人施出援手，大家帮他把钱收到怀里。中国人是很好面子的，这个草民也有面子。他现在不能要面子了，老泪纵横，必是伤心到了绝地。因为，他得吃饭，他是个老人，所以他做不了民工，他也没力气去偷抢，他是个男人，所以他当不了妓女，卖不了淫，他也得活呀！！！你不让他卖东西也许是对的，那你给他指条活路呀！！！关注社会最贫困人群的生计问题，是到了非解决不可的时侯了!
This young man with coal on his back is WANG Zhi-zhong, 17 years old. He carries coal in a coal mine in Guizhou province. With a load of 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds) on his back, he would have to climb 100 meters (about 328 feet) out of the mine shaft, then walk a mountain path of 1000 meters (about 0.6 mile), before he can earn one Chinese yuan (1/8 of a US dollar).		王致中 17岁以背煤为生王致中，17岁, 在贵州以背煤为生。一筐煤40公斤，从煤坑向上爬100米，然后再走1000米山路，挣1元人民币。
Do not know where or when this picture was taken. It must have come from www.chinaphotocenter.com. They are laborers, or boat trackers, along river banks where up-stream boats or freights are dragged by hand, the laborers's hands and shoulders.
